Return Policy

Contact Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in as-new condition, with all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and any warranty labels or serial numbers intact and unaltered. All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from Falcon. Contact our customer service team to obtain an RMA number before returning any item.

A 30% restocking fee applies to all returns, unless the return is due to a shipping error or product defect detailed in the Falcon limited warranty. A credit memo will be issued within 20 business days of receiving the returned product in acceptable condition. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable; the customer is responsible for return shipping.
